The Museum has two dedicated meeting rooms, the Thames Room and the Henley Room. The Rowing Gallery is available primarily for evening events but please ask for further information if you are interested in using the Gallery during the day. We offer a range of delicious catering options, and can accommodate most special dietary requirements.

We are licensed to hold wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships in our stunning, glass fronted Thames Room, offering impressive views of the surrounding willow trees and rolling meadows. The Thames Room seats guests for a ceremony and is licensed until midnight every day of the week.
The Museum has its own jetty, so your wedding party can make a dramatic entrance, or exit, by boat, making your special day even more memorable.
