Save the dates! Here is the full line up of our Easter events for your family and friends. Booking links and more information for individual events are below the image:

 

Friday 29th to Sunday 14th

Easter Egg Hunt

Follow our trail around Mill Meadows to learn more about birds and their eggs, and win a chocolate treat!

£2 per child. Booking not required.

 

Wednesday 3rd April

Easter Bag Printing

Join us to create an Easter bag with a photo transfer designed by yourself, then use your bag to go on a self-led hunt of the museum to solve a riddle. Each participant will receive a treat.

Most suitable for over 5s.

Thursday 4th April:

Printmaking Fun & Games

Develop your block-print making skills and create your own unique and original game inspired by some fascinating examples in our collection that are over 100 years old.

Most suitable for over 5s.

Monday 8th April:

Nice Mice with Maddy 

Make a flower and mouse height chart and watch your mouse jump up as you grow!

Most suitable for age 6 and under.

Wednesday 10th April:

Mr Toad’s Tea Party

Join us for Easter crafts, singing and stories! Design your own Easter table mats and name places, ready for your picnic tea party with guest of honour, Mr Toad!
Price includes: Easter crafts, singing, stories and a picnic lunch with Mr Toad. We will email you after you have booked to select your picnic lunch bag options e.g. wraps, veg sticks, crisps and snacks.

Explore the Museum

We’re open everyday, 10am-4pm, normal admission prices apply.

 

Please Note:

All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+), free of charge. Activity charge is in addition to Museum admission, but you do not need to visit the Museum to access the activities.
