A seasonal passenger boat service is operated by Salters Steamers from Reading and Marlow and will drop passengers off outside the Museum.

Car Parking
The Museum has a large car park for the exclusive use of Museum visitors. It can become very busy during the summer, school holidays and at weekends. While there are normally spaces available we can not guarantee a space.
There is allocated parking for visitors with disabilities and ramps to the Museum main entrance.
The Museum Car Park entrance is located at the end of Mill Meadows. Please take a ticket at the barrier and remember to get an exit token from the Museum Reception when you leave.
Alternative parking is available in the Council car park in front of the Museum and at the station 5 minutes walk away. Charges apply for these car parks.
