All rates are inclusive of the following equipment by prior arrangement:
· PA System with Lapel or Radio Microphone
· Ceiling Mounted Data Projector
· Projection Screen
· 42 inch Portable LCD screen
· Sound system
· Lectern
- WiFi access
· TV & DVD
· Conference calling equipment
· Laptop
· Flip Charts and Pens
The following can be provided for an additional fee:
· Faxing – send or receive 10p per sheet
· Photocopying – 10p per sheet
· Analogue Telephone Line - £30 per day/£15 per half day
· Additional Conference Pads & Pens - £1 per set
· Use of display equipment in the Galleries – price on application
· Staging – Price on application
· Additional equipment & facilities – price on application
Late Licences
The Museum is licensed until 11pm. For special occasions we can apply to extend this until midnight. There is an additional fee of £250 to cover administration and staff costs.
River & Rowing Museum (Trading) Ltd
Profits from venue hire are remitted to the River & Rowing Museum Foundation, a registered charity.
